My name is Fred Busch and I have been training Yoga Teachers for over 25 years using a very successful system that intensively and effectively combines theory and philosophy with practical and professional skills.

I have now created a new training called M.A.T.H. - Massage Anatomy Therapy Healing - which is designed for yoga teachers and uses the same effective approach as my yoga programs.

The M.A.T.H. training combines a deep dive on muscular and skeletal anatomy taught directly by Fred Busch with professional training on massage therapy skills culminating in a students ability to give a 45 minute bodywork session using the various bodywork techniques learned during the training.

This is a highly practical training where students will be doing bodywork practice on each other every day starting on Day 1.

The anatomy knowledge and hands-on training that occurs in massage therapy schools is something that deeply informs a teacher’s ability to help students in yoga.

This program is open to all professional yoga teachers and graduates of yoga alliance teacher training programs.  This training is also open to massage therapists and those who work as professionals in the healing arts.
