In this training students will learn in depth about all kinds of styles of yoga emphasizing power yoga and vinyasa.  

Students will be trained in asana development and alignment for personal practice and for teaching students, adjustments of yoga poses, anatomy and phsysiology, massage therapy for yoga teachers, healing sequences for power yoga, philosophy of yoga and vedanta, energetic systems like chakras and hatha yoga techniques like pranayama and bandha.  Students will graduate with the skills and confidence to begin teaching professional classes right away.
